Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OpenGradient Bridge interface (the “Interface”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

2. Nature of the Service

The Interface is a non-custodial front-end that helps you construct transactions for the LayerZero omnichain protocol and OpenGradient OFT token contracts. OpenGradient never takes custody of your tokens, does not hold private keys, and cannot reverse, cancel, or expedite transactions once they are submitted to a blockchain.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying every detail of a transaction before confirming it in your wallet, including but not limited to: the destination address, the source and destination networks, the token, and the amount. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; tokens sent to an incorrect address or an unsupported network may be permanently lost.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. OpenGradient will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

4. Risks

Using cross-chain bridges involves significant risks, including smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol failures, network congestion or outages, validator or oracle failures, and the volatility of digital assets. You acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks, and that you may lose some or all of the value you bridge.

5. No Warranties

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. OpenGradient does not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenGradient and its affiliates, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Interface — including losses caused by user error, misdirected transfers, wallet compromise, or the behavior of the underlying blockchains and protocols — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Protocols and Services

The Interface interacts with third-party technology that OpenGradient does not control, including the LayerZero protocol, blockchain networks, RPC providers, and wallet software. OpenGradient is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of these third-party systems.

8. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing in the Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any transaction.

9. Changes to These Terms

OpenGradient may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
